30-Day Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items for a full refund.

Original Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Full Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

How to Return an Item

Initiate Your Return

Log in to your account and go to "Order History". Select the item(s) you wish to return and print your prepaid return label.

Package Your Items

Place the item(s) in the original packaging if possible, or securely in a box or mailer. Attach the return label to the package.

Ship Your Return

Drop off your package at any UPS location. You'll receive an email confirmation when we receive your return.

Receive Your Refund

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Exchange Policy

Note: We currently don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

This process is often faster than traditional exchanges and ensures you get the correct size or color immediately if it's in stock. If you need assistance finding the right size, our customer service team can help.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items without original tags
  • Gift cards
