Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. For international orders, delivery times vary by destination but generally take 7-14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

During peak seasons or promotions, delivery times may be slightly longer. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for faster delivery.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. All customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout or upon delivery.

Please note that some restrictions may apply to certain products based on international shipping regulations.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account and go to "Order History"
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Print the prepaid return label
  4. Package your return and drop it off at any UPS location

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.

We currently don't offer direct exchanges, but you can easily return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This process is often faster than a traditional exchange.

For size exchanges, we recommend returning the original item and purchasing the new size separately to ensure availability. If the new size is out of stock when you're ready to order, we'll be happy to notify you when it's back in stock.

To ensure your 18-CREW pieces maintain their quality:

  • Wash similar colors together in cold water
  • Use mild detergent and avoid bleach
  • Turn garments inside out before washing
  • Line dry or tumble dry on low heat
  • Iron on low heat if needed, using a pressing cloth for delicate fabrics

Each product comes with specific care instructions on the tag. Following these guidelines will help preserve the color, shape, and fabric quality of your items.
